my kribs are almost there

ok i dont think my female can be aggressive ok because the kribs are with a julie and 2 garra witch they will be taken out and replaced with zebra danios when the eggs hatch. ok so this is what i saw the garra came into the breeding cave was eating stuff on the bottom of the cave but not the eggs the girl krib did nothing untill the male came over and chased him off. but seriusly that garra must have been kicking it with the female krib in that cave for like 10 min just sittin next to her looking out in the tank. and the male krib wont chase the garra to much eather other then a quick dart to get them away from the cave. but yet the male seems to go all try hard chaseing the julie untill the julie runs to his caves witch are alot of small caves that the krib cant fit in, but why does the male hate the julie cichlid so much. but yet almost ignores the garra. and just to let every one know the kribs havnt pinned them in the corner they still come out to the front AND HAVE ZERO DAMAGE ON THEM AND DONT LOOKED STRESSED AT ALL. it almost seems to bring out the julies color when he gets confronted his cheeks get a metallic blue sheet to them and the egdes of his fins get all electric blue also its cool almost makes me want to get him a mate. and the most amazing color change is both his eyes get a blue top and red orange bottom almost like how some fish have red outlined eyes but his are 2 colored very cool
5-7 days untill the egg sack is completely soaked up.....I like to place the free swimming fry into another tank, preferably a 20-55g ................Keep the water level half way filled, and do 50% water changes everyday for the first 2 weeks...........Then, after the first 2 weeks, fill the growout tank to full level....................A sponge filter is only needed in the first month, then upgrade to an internal filter.................Temperature always set at 82 degrees..............
the fry have passed being wigglers and are free swiming very cool but i wonder some of the babys have black eyes and others have the albino red eyes, will the babies that have black eyes turn red as they get older? and ill post pics in a bit
