I see that the male is smaller does that help with the aggression? I have a kamfa project goin on but cant get my V.synspilum to get in on the action they are just to timid to breed with my Fh or each other for that matter. ow long did it take to pair them off? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Keep an eye on that female bro...when breeding back into something that consist a heavy blood of a pure species. It gets a bit dangerous on the side. I've done it myself and the male I use to pair up with it was beaten and died a few weeks later. Not the same as breeding back with a parrot or flowerhorn. All in all, hope it works out for you and good luck!
That's not the scary part at all. The scary part is after they have spawned together and you left the male in there to make sure he has done his thing. This is where it gets deadly, that Vieja mamma defend her eggs with her life. She isn't going to give any gaps in between for a mistake to happen...
is there eggs...this looks a bit like they are not quite there yet. it seems she wants a few more drinks before she can give him a shot.
