Sorry...cant have mine.....if you keep an eye on this site you will find them for sale much cheaper than a place like Turtle shack. I bought mine from a fellow MFK'er!

Very simple to care for....same diet as many of my fish. No basking required. If you have any questions feel free to ask.....I have had several first timers ask recently....they are awesome turtles and worth the price.
 
Looks great man, I still have not had the nerve to put my little mata in the 300 yet. I get nervous thinking about him having to swim up a few inches from my DW

Thanks! They are lousy swimmers but I promise it wont drown! I find myself cheering for mine to reach the top sometimes but it always does!

I believe Musk turtles bask....Platform and special lights...Matas do not. Just like a big clumsy fish.....I barely changed my 30" deep tank to accommodate. My 4" turtle is now closer to 7" in only 10 months. I never even find piles of poop....The Red Hooks and Cats bust it up and the filters make it disappear.
