it's just a PVC pipe of 3inch diameter is fixed with M-Seal(aquarium safe) to a 6inch square glass plate (12mm ).
you can see the pipe in middle of tank fixed with M-seal to a black colored 12mm glass plate of 6inch square...see last image...
