Hi,

I am looking for any native plants. In return I can trade you some tropicals. I have lots of Java fern, Anubias nana, and some C. wendtii. I also got some Rotala Indica. Let me know, thx.

Just make sure to double check your state regs on native plants as some states are even more strict about what plants you can and can't keep than fish.

Nothing really in particalur wanted. To be honest I know little about NA Native plants. If you have some available let me know I will let you know if I have interest in it. There is only one requirement and that is it is good for aquarium rather than pond. This is to stock a 29 gallon tank.

Itsadeepbluesea and everyone else - I will check my state laws before accepting a trade or purchase to make sure the transaction is legal. Thx

What are some options for native plants from south florida? I know we have a grass that looks like vallisneria and grows like crazy but aside from that idk. I would love to trade forjava fern and anubias but just tell me what to collect.

I may be interested in that. What all could you get? I am not too picky. If you have some names and/or pics it would be easier. Or just maybe good descriptions.

I was also interested in native plants. Will anything grow in my basement? I'm going to follow this thread.

All the stuff that I can get is more suitable for a pond because of how big it can get, but it can be pruned as need be to keep it small and will still look nice. I've got a bunch of smaller cattails as well as a few small arrowhead/pickerelweed (not sure which it is) and bulrush. These are all grown in and around my pond, so they're legal to take.
