How much is my Srt pair worth?

Hey folks,

Whats your opinion on how much this SRT pair from rainnybetta is worth?

They were imported as a breeding pair but unfortunately after 13months and every possible tactic too get them
too breed has been unsuccessful so Ive been trying too sell for few months at around £180($280) but no luck so far.OriginallyI bought
the pair at 350usd when they were roughly 5" long. Now female has grown too 8" and male 9", Cheers all!

If they spawned and had fry, I would say 400.. But the fact that they haven't.. maybe 225 at best for both.. Sorry bro..

That female is nice. Why won't they spawn? If you paid that much money for them you should just keep trying. Sure its male and female? Feed heavily for a week, do a massive waterchange, and add a 3rd smaller fish.

Its been a long ass time and his pair still hasn't spawned. Somethings wrong with the female.. Its better for him to sell them.. And he has done pretty much everything in the book to get the pair to spawn to no avail.​

Cheers again Water and I remember you at the start of my initial thread with the support and all kinds of out of the box suggestions. Your right I tried everything that was suggested and more for 13months(Must be some sort of record) especially after waiting an additional 4months for Rainnybetta to find a UK transhipper.

Even if they suddenly started too breed tomorrow , it would be worth the wait ;D

Im looking forward to finally geting a predator type saltwater aquarium going , thats if the srt couple finally get sold lol

Wish they spawned for you. It always sucks for someone to bring in quality fish from Thailand to breed only to have a dud pair.. maybe some sort of miracle will happen and they'll spawn on X-mas. Whatever your plan is, best of luck.
