I'm off today and watching a show on Velocity Network, called, Extreme Fishing. It's hosted by a British angler who goes to exotic places in an effort to catch and eat local species. Today, they're having an all-day marathon, with multiple episodes. They're currently fishing the Amazon for Arowana and Peacock Bass . . . Cool show. He's got a different style from that of Jeremy Wade and River Monsters.

Robson Green uses humor to get his points across. He's a clownish type, but the show is well worth watching. They even show the fish that got away and out of frustration, he curses and even drops F-Bombs, that are bleeped out.
Idk how accurate his information is though. He was fishing for african tiger fish and said pound for pound they are some of the best fighters, but they don't get big. We all know the "Goliath" gets very big. It was an okay show he was just a bit of a clown.
he's not actually a pro angler,he's a actor/singer from the uk who shot to fame in the british t.v show soldier,soldier and had a hit song with his co-star.he's just lucky to have landed a show doing what his hobby is.but it is worth a watch if you like fishing
He is a fly fisherman & fishes for trout, my friend has spoken to him many times as he is one of the river bailiff's on the same river that Robson Green fishes on. I've seen him about a couple of times when i've been in Newcastle or North Sheilds
