Sexing Jags and adivce

The position of the eye compared to the mouth, fin shape, coloration, body shape and depth. I couldn't tell the difference until I saw a female next to a male and then I was like 'duh'... I'll go grab some pics of my male and female to show you the difference.
 
I should make a disclaimer here - not every male and female are as easy to determine and then best way is to vent them. I believe you have two males for some very good reasons. See if you agree.

Here's my female... notice the much sleeker body, lack of markings below the lateral line, and almost white fins. Also notice the relationship between the eyes and mouth.

is it also males get the blue/ purple on the top fins as well and i see why you were saying 2 males i will have to agree with that
 
Well my female has some really pretty blues on her fins, but nothing like the male. I wouldn't use the blue/purple coloring as a guage because some males have almost no blue/purple on them.
 
oh didnt know that all the males i ever had got the blue/ purple on the top fin but some good info have you kept cubans before
 
I have 3 of them right now and i had to move one to my 75 gallon to grow out more the first one is like 7 to 8 in the other 2 are about 4in

Interesting. Here's my 10.5" female that I just picked up. She has spawned many times and still lays eggs without a male around. Someone bought the male and didn't want her, so I scooped her up.

I think you have 2 males myself, but I'm still learning how to properly id these fish so I'm no expert by any means
