impulse buy- jumped on the baby indo wagon

i went to the LFS to buy a few parts and ended up coming out with some super dime sized baby indos. i was able to pick out 4 nice 3 bars. all are stable at this size which was quite strange to see at this size.

unfortunately i have to keep them in a small container for the next year or so... otherwise they'll be dinner... lol

Nice! & instead of having them in a small container, you could use a large plastic bin/tote and of course add a bubbler, heater, and filter. The extra room will also make them grow a little more faster, unlike the small container

the small container is about 24"x 12". it's floating in my large show tank right now. LOL

i'm in the process of setting up a new tank, so i may put it in there once it's fully cycled.

I'll update as they progress, unfortunately one of the lil guys got out of the container and was eaten up. =(

what is your feeding plan?

at this stage, blood worms. once they get around 1-1.5" i'll try to start them on pellets. i've tried crushed pellets already and seen one eat and spit so i may get lucky.
