As some of you may remember my 60Gal tank has been going through a steady transformation since I got it. The most recent transformation was a healthy soup of green water lol. I felt like an idiot when I realized what I'd done. Here I was posting away trying to find out why I couldn't see into my tank, and the answer was right in front of me. As it turns out the answer was really simple...I changed out the gravel for sand. The emptying of the tank, and the scrub down I gave it reset my cycle. I quietly pushed the problem aside hoping my wife wouldn't ask me the question that would bring my shame into the open. Well that finally went away, and I only have a few small scars on my pride because of it. Below are pictures of right after I swapped out the gravel, when the murk struck, and the last picture is how it is now, I would like your' input on the tank as I feel the need to impress my unknown internet fish enthusiast friends. So please give me ego a boost and share with me your' opinions.
