What's a Fair Price for a 16" BLIND ST?

Probably 250, and then try to sell for around 450

That's actually more than I paid for my big guy with full vision so I guess to me it would depend on the stripes and how they look,particularly the tail area.
Hard to say without a pic. Stripes are a big deal but STABILITY is the deal breaker for me, one tank to another and who knows how the fish will react....

True ST? blind in one eye or both? Pics would help. If its a good looking st with one bad eye Id pay at least $1000. two bad eyes probably not much. I wouldnt see it lasting in a tank where it had to fight for food.
Everyone will have a different opinion on the price. I actually went and saw the fish last week. I can confirm that it is eating cut up tilapia pieces.
