SO...ok a friend of mine is getting out of the hobby..I picked up a 55 acrylic hex with tons of tiger shrimp..tiger endlers 2 calico bristlenose plecos some rabbit snails, two sunset guramis and this guy..

I have never really looked in to them I had seen some small ones at my LFS

...but WOW...what an interesting "little" fish he is over 6 inches long

any other info on them would be great! they are in my 40 gallon tall and will be upgraded to a 70 tall shortly.

ok pics!!!

here he is in his tank before going in to my 40.

As long as your tank is established it should be fine. If it is a new tank give a wafer or 2 every few days. The planted tank looks nice! BTW

Looks a lot like the Farlowella I just picked up.

^_^ thank you..love this tank, its been up and running for over a year and was wet up from y 20 upgrading..so been up and running with most of the same deco plus more for a while...upgrading to my 70 tall soon as i finish the stand!
Its also running a cascade 1200 a cascade 300 and a 150 gph powerhead/sponge filter.
It houses my 6 w/c Tinanti and 2 wood cats...and oh guppies ...and snails. cant wait for my bigger tank!..and this guy looks so nice on the logs!
