So what your trying to say is let new members not follow the rules? It's a rule, the mods are going after the new members. This thread is pointless it's not that hard to see a GIANT yellow box telling you the rules no matter who it is.
 
I don't thing that asking someone to read a couple of paragraphs before posting is too much. Without these rules being enforced, the market place will turn into a zoo.

Yep. I'm new, and I figured it out. That irritating ridiculously long paragraph on every page spelling it all out made it real easy for me.

I think what hes trying to suggest is to give new members a break if they mess up once or twice unless its REALLY serious like scamming or Murdering some ones fish :ROFL:

The guy that posted that FS thread wasn't banned. What break does he need to be given? His thread was only closed, with an explanation why it was closed. He's not banned, and is free to post his thread again in the correct format.
 
I do know who you are and I'm on your side of your previous account being banned but that wasn't because your thread wasn't titled correctly. I've NEVER seen a member get banned for not titling a thread correctly, the thread get's closed and then they can open a new one correctly.

But the Fact is That i was banned for insulting a member without a warning/infraction i believe its called. Also i do admit to re registering but thats only because i thought the ban was unfair and i was new it was my first week so i didn't know.

You were given a warning. It's in the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you registered for the site. It's says you are not allowed to insult other members. I'm guessing you didn't read that either? :)
