Thanks for the kind words. You have some mad woodworking skills. The trim work is outstanding and I love the contrasting colors on the molding surrounding the glass. Incredible job. Congratulations on a job very well done.

https://www.rubberizeit.com/liquid-rubber-shop/Which liquid rubber brand did you use? How much did you order and what was the cost and shipping?
Cool. Thanks for the info. Did you use the UG (Universal Grade) or IG (Industrial Grade).
I may think of building 1 in the future for my monster fishes.
Finally downloaded the MFK android app...lol!!!

I used the IG their UG version just recently became available w/c is good because its thicker. Good to hear you're planning to build one...nothing beats DIY imo. MFK android app makes life easier.

Thanks. Percent wise, over here I would say you'll save 50% on builds starting around 200-300g because a 220g AGA sells for $1100 and that's for the tank only. Might be double for the complete set. 30g-$109, 55g-$189 with lights and lids only you get the picture. Very seldom we see used tanks in the ads and if there is one, it's still pricey.Commenting so I can come back to this one day. Beautiful tank. This is still rocket science to me.... My boyfriend and I are noobs to the DIY world of tanks. We are currently building a SUMP and we hope to build a plywood tank one day. Percent wise, how much cheaper would you say it was than buying everything the old fashioned way?
Thank you. This build turned out very well, thanks for sharing it!
Thanks for plugging it in...Your tank build is on the official page of Rubberize It!!! Lol!!!

Maybe they can sponsor you next build.......
The reinforcement cloth may also be a great idea to use on bigger builds in the corners and seams for added sealing. If they had additional colors like blue would have been even better. Let me find a ideal glass for the viewing window then build the tank around that. Lol!!!
The legs are 2x8s and the supporting braces are the same dims ripped in half. Its 24" high.I was curious if you could tell me the dimensions of your stand(legs)?
Thank you sir.good job on your build![]()
