why is the Burmese python, the southern and northern afrock pythons and the yellow anaconda not be able to be sold on MFK if they can only not be moved across state lines? Can't you sell within the state lines IF it was not illegally taken or possessed? I might of misread the Lacey Act. If I am wrong please correct me.

No, you're correct. Furthermore, the interstate transportation ban, e.g. the addition of those snakes to the Lacey Act, doesn't go into effect for another two months.

It's also worth noting that shipping live snakes is against the policies of UPS, FedEx, and USPS although I believe that UPS and FedEx let you use them provided that you get your packaging methods approved first.
