Video update on 2 new WC Marble Girls

Haven't had a chance to get rays from John (yet), but have other fish. Both are nice but I like the smaller of the two.
she was the first pick, i got a great deal on both
i think the larger one looks amazing as well, she is going to make some good looking pups in the future.
Looks pretty good sized. What size of tank is she going in?
I've gotten rays from John on several ocasions...... My luck with his Marbles wasn't good, but the female jag that is producing pups on a regular basis here on the board originated from John, and I'm pretty sure the father of those pups also came from him. That friggin female didn't touch anything but blackworms for the 1st 2 months.

these are my first 2 rays from John they seem to be doing okay. they are definitely skiddish and i assume they will be for awhile, but they are eating so thats a plus...they are both together in a 220g 6x2x30.
doesnt surprise me at all. i bought 2 flower rays from him about 7 years ago. they were both extremely skinny. showing the pelvic bone and a sunken forehead..i sent him pictures and told me he would send me my money back if they died. they died after 10 days..john told me i didnt know how to keep rays (after i had been doing it for 5 years) and i never got a dime.

im completely opposite, and unfortunately for you , you had bad luck with him, these 2 rays that i just got were both very healthy they both started eating the same night i got them and have been eating regularly since. flowers are a lot different from marbles, they are one of the less hardy rays when it comes to captivity and not many people have luck with them. i have a flower ray and i know it took her forever to start accepting different kinds of foods, and knock on wood shes doing better. needless to say i wish you the best of luck with rays in the near future!
