Your experience with Protomelas Spilonotus "Mara Rocks"

From what I've read so far they get around 12" max other than that, the web has been vague and I was wondering what anyone here has experienced in keeping them. Temperament, recommended tank size/mates, cost etc.
The fish would be going into a 125 after its all set up.
