theres very little data on the net on these guys, decided to get one from LFS, 4 of them grew an inch already since i last visited and no one bought any of them. mines been swimming around with my RTC and gator gar in my 100g growing tank they get along well.

Mine got eaten by my Endlii. Well it tried to eat it, I attempted the save it but the fish was to far gone.

on another note, yes this cat has aggressive tendencies... when other fish tend to go into its hidy hole it becomes very aggressive. i hope it would show better growth in the future.

sorry, to double-post, i wanted to post some pictures of the cat i'm looking to buy-
he's about 11", not sure how old he is as i'm having trouble getting answers from people at the lfs. he only has one eye, so he absolutely must be kept as a pet.
i'm looking at buying a 50 gallon tank and keeping him by himself. he'll be my first monster fish. so far i only have tropical fish in a twenty gallon tank.
any opinions/advice?

how big did he get while you had him?
was he easy to feed? anything unusual/interesting you can tell me?
