Feeding rate of juve cichla

Just got myself two 3 inch kelberis yesterday. Thinking of putting them on a diet of live feeders to pump them up. Was wondering what's a good number of feeder fish to feed em per day to ensure they grow fast. Any advice?

As much as they'll eat. Should grow super quick if you're feeding them live, but might be a challenge getting them on pellets later.

Dont do it! If you start feeding them live it will be a pain to train them to eat non-live.

I second that, don't do it. I started my little guys on Hikari Carnivore Sticks, then went to Bio-Gold + Floating Pellets. They will grow fast and healthy.....Good luck and post some pic's.

Get them on pellets. Kelberi are very hard to get off live.
