Enter the land of the Giant Snakehead

​Went to a very very old spot to do some casting and lure testing and this 18lb monster came out of nowhere n gave it a bang!Had a hard time landing it as i was alone this time round.

That is a monster!!! You can fly me in anytime- i'll land fish all day for ya!!!!!!!!!
 
Thats a monster snakehead! Fishing by yourself has its ups and downs. YOu get to hit all the fresh water first...cause your solo. But landing fish can be harder.

You are right mate,you got the whole spot by yourself and you can take your own sweet time fishing each and every hole,but when it comes to chances on landing it will be 50/50 percent.
 
Sharing my photo taken with my idol Mr Kozo Okubo tester of Smith,Hammerhead and Decoy.
Knowing he will be coming to SG for transit and he will drop by the shop for a day,so sieze this golden opportunity went down to the shop and had afew photos taken with him.Very happy to shake hands and had a short conversation with him personally.It's a special Valentines Day gift I must say hahaha....

i need to go fishing in singapore...looking at these pictures puts san diego to shame!

my bass of this year dont seem as impressive to me as they once did.

Thanks for the support and kind compliment mate, now adays fishing in SG is becoming tougher and tougher as a lot of spots had been ruined by over fished or even catch and keep.But there are still some spots that me n my buddies keep safe to ourself so if u do drop by SG I may have the chance to bring u around to land some Channa :)
