the water in that video appears still relatively clear so based on that video alone it's not really black water yet. sometimes water color varies in person and on video so what you see in person can be different than what we see in video.
black water usually appears in this kind of color

I could get it that dark or darker but i just implemented this a week ago and i dont wanna stress the fish, my water is VERY hard so peat moss is slowly lowering it, ive done dozens of water param tests to ensure fish's health! Ill post in a few days and u will see, i dont like the oak/almond leaves esp as substrate cuz they turn into mush

Not yet at least, then. Once the water's a nice amber color it'll be blackwater.
