So a couple of months my female started getting weird red lumps allover her body thay would turn white and go away no its spreading in her mouth and all over her body what could it be

I always put a bit of salt in too that seems to help. Need to keep the nitrates in your tank lower.

The tank is clean that's just algea that I can't get off for the life of me if anyone has any technique's of getting hard algea off that would be a help

Why don't you change the background too, that might help
