Hello guys, after much consideration of were to go with the light for this new 65 im doing. I decided to go with the marineland 24-36 inch reef cabable 10,000 white leds and blue lunar leds. Dont pay much attention to this part of the forum dont know who has picked these up but they are worth every penny. a few quick pics hard to tell how bright they are because there isnt any thing in the tank. Will have all the rest of my parts tommorrow for this tank tommorrow will be final set up and 500ml stability and prime. and some donar fish to cycle. complete set up pics and all that in a another week to two weeks. here are the lights.

I'm actually considering the beamswork fresh water for my 10g planted. Based on that, I am looking for a new light for my 90 so we will see how it goes

i have not seen that specific light i dont think. But good luck on the venture im deffenitly happy with the led. and im sure my electricity bill will be to.

Ya right that is kinda what i was thinking when i turned it on good bye t5. This light is brighter on this tank then my twin tube Coralife Aqualight HO T-5 and that has 2 10,000k white bulbs. and is 36inch 78 watts. and this light penetrates the water deeper shines the bottom of this tank that is 25 inches deep. Its to bad these fixtures dont have legs because it gets even brighter when lifted off of the tank. i am going to make it a suspended light in the next few days. And set it about 6-7 inches from the top of the tank. ow and its of track im loving that butti. Ow ya i forgot before i searched the net to find the best deal on this i only paid 176 i think plus shipping from petsolutions for this light. Best deal i could find with atleast 5-6 hours of searching. packed great i was hoping that it would make it in one peice. as you can c from the pics all leds work perfect. And i paid cheap shipping like 8 bucks and got here in three days.

I went with the beamworks brand and so far very happy. Also quite a bit less than the name brand for an absolute identical light. And I do agree once you go LED there is no looking back.

gotcha like i said cant c the full lenght or full height from those pics looks ow so much like the 72 bow i used to own.
