I got some new pics last week, but apparently I forgot to post them, and now I can't find the SD card that they're on...
Edit: Found it. Most of the pics didn't turn out very well, though (and actually, they were taken over a week ago). This was probablty the best one for comparing size:

Thanks. It's hard to get the color to show up like that in pictures; it doesn't show up very well unless one side of the body is pointed directly toward the flash (which doesn't happen very often). In those first couple pics, I just kinda got lucky catching it in the right position.
Actually, it looks like it did show up in the first pic... not sure what I did differently there. :/
aww, that reminds me when my oscar was that size. theyre very satisfying at this point, very curious and social. that being said be carefull with that thermometer, my oscar banged that same type of theromometer till it cracked and spilled all of the beads on the bottom. If you have another suction cup, secure the bottom of the thermometer as well.
Thanks for the advice, and actually, I do have another suction cup that went to an identical thermometer that I accidently broke a while back (left it in the sun during a water change and it developed bubbles). I'll put the other one on tonight.
