Nice group of Poached you have. How old are they? How big are your Balas? I'm guessing about 10".

Really nice pack of loaches you have there! Love to see big ones that are very colorful. I like the balas too.

Thanks. I've had some of the loaches (bigger ones) since 2007-2008. They have definately grown a lot since I got them.

I have 5 Balas. Two are around the 10'' mark, 2 are 6- 7'' and one refusses to grow currently around 4 inches.

That's a good question. I assume that it is one of my two largest loaches. I've read that it is usually the largest female.
