List of illegal fish in NY?

Hey all,

I'm looking for an up-to-date accurate list of fish it's illegal to import into NY. I saw a thing a while back on here about it, but remember thinking that the list seemed way too short, and there were things I knew aren't legal not mentioned. Maybe I'm just thinking of fish that are banned for import nationally, but I know that my LFS can't carry teacup stingrays anymore as of fairly recently. So does anybody have a recent link to what's specifically illegal in NY for aquaria and maybe nationally as well so I can compare? I've been surprisingly unsuccessful at googling this.

If there's a recently updated link somewhere in the forums that'd be great.

Ed.--I know about Oddball's list in the marketplace sticky but that only lists channa and carp, and I'm almost 100% sure there are other fish illegal in NY now. And the post is from 2006 and has a dead link.
 
Bump. Anybody? Wanna know what I can't own/import.

For once in my life I'm just trying to follow the law! You'd think it'd be easy!
 
I've been trying to research a federal all-inclusive list. However, it's proving harder than I thought. There are not only banned and restricted species but also species that are listed as protected on IUCN Red Lists, CITES, Lacey Act, Lists of invasives, ESA, etc. And these lists are spread out among multiple departments and multiple governmental branches.

Oyyyy. The bureaucracy here is miserable. Going through all those layers is like trying to start a business here all over again.
