Anyone kept giant Brycon species with Rays?

Thinking of adding a trio of these to one of my ray tanks,any experiences good or bad would be appreciated.
These are essentially giant Tetras, do they get along and whats the chances of them eating new born pups?
I've tried many combinations but never this one.

Ive kept a dorado with rays and it seemed to be ok but the dorado was still young. I sold him at 14". He showed some aggression with circling but didnt cause any damage. He did make me nervous though. Brycon may be a little less aggressive and should have a better chance of working.

I have the same species as what's in the video in with my rays. Works great. The Brycon is about 3 fingers wide. It's a monster. Very active. Shoals with the other Brycon 1/3 it's size and 2 Lemon fin Barbs. Great addition in my opinion.... I've kept smaller ones with pups too and never had any issues.

Thanks for that,those Brycon look awesome!,its the whole Amazonian theme I like,love the big Barbs,african tigers and the Dats but for me they look out of place with South american rays....that video has inspired me further....Thankyou!

I swam amongst hundreds of these 3 years ago in Brasil (Bonito),you could actually touch them as they came past,some must have been 2ft long,very colourful though,its something that will live with me forever!

sorry just asking, can i kept 10-12 inch dorado with rays? the bigest ray abaout 20 inch, my 8 inch dorado just got eaten by the rays, thanks

My Brycon dentex would bite the disc of my pregnant female motoro. Didn't want to risk any more injury so the pair of Brycon got the boot.
