whats the best filtration for a 135 gallon tank

hey im setting up a 135 gallon tank im wondering if 1 rena xp4 filter will be enough or do i need more?

I would go wet/dry or fx5. Or both, it's better to have two filters on the tank instead of one anyways.

FX5, and you could always use the xp4 in conjunction.

Is $240 a reasonable price for a fx5? If u guys know of better prices can u please let me know. I've never had a canister filter b4 so this is my first set up using 1 so I wanna make sure I get the good stuff

That sounds like a good price. They are 240 on ebay and amazon. I don't think you will find it cheaper unless you steal it lol.

$240 is reasonable, there was someone selling a used one on Las Vegas CL a few days back, idk if they still have it.

The brand aqua top makes a good canister filter that I'm a big fan of. They might be new or just not talked about often on this site but its only 115 on amazon for the size you'll need and cones with a built in UV sterilizer. It doesn't come with media though which allows you to chose what you like best. Model number is cf500 I believe
