Nice buy! I feed mine blood worms, frozen krill, dried shrimp, and after market shrimp. Now I am training him to eat pellets. Good luck!

i have my jar with a ornate bichir and mono pbass and they are good together depends on your jar i guess

I've always heard stories of how jars are aggressive but mine was timid to other fish (aggressive when i dropped krill in ). i kept him with a poly palmas, EBJD, Occel pbass and Ctenepoma with absolutely no aggression. So what I'm trying to say is that personality varies with in the species.
