Sick shoal of p's??? Help maybe?!

My 4"-6" shoal of rbp are acting/eating normal

Nitrates 20ppm

Nitrites 0

Ammonia 0

Maybe ive never noticed this or its cuz their getting bigger:

when they mouth opens a smidge and closes roughly every 5-7 seconds i notice something behind their teeth that closes shut, like how a throat in a human would when u swallow but its when their mouth is open and shutting, almost looked like an air bubble. It could be something with the gills thats 100% normal

I worked 12 hours today and laid 14 yards of mulch myself, could be im exhausted/delirious..
