I'm not too worried about that, my Red Tail Black Shark spends all day sucking algae off of my driftwood and tank walls!

First one is 100% "chocolate" pleco. Second is 100% common pleco. good save with the common. Give them veggies to munch on and they will grow like weeds.

As everyone has already said, the first one is a chocolate pleco, but the second one is either a Pterygoplichthys pardalis, or P. multiradiatus (I'm thinking it's probably a pardalis, but to tell for sure, just look at its belly; reticulated pattern = multiradiatus; spotted pattern = pardalis).

9"+? awesome, I'm hoping this guy gets giant. How long did it take him to get that big?

Not long actually... Picked it up it up at around 5" and after a year its not at 9"+
