WOW, Very very nice and professional looking. What you have done is very close to what I have been planning for the last year, only real difference is the size, will size mine to fit the room I have. Very educational and inspiring. Where did you get your FRT? I have been looking for a year or so and everywhere I look, I am told they are a no no because of CITES.

Thank you, and I wish you well with your project. It was exciting and nevrve wrecking all at the same time, in hopes of getting the look that you vision. All in all it came out better thatn I had imagined.
The FRT was purchased in Florida. From all my research a year ago, I think it was the last of a batch that was imported down south. I have not seen any available since then. Unless someone is selling one they have had before being put on the cites list. But I am not sure if they can even advertise them anymore.

Hi
I actually just picked up two Monday for free from a lady that was moving and trying to break down her aquarium. She didn't know much about the fish, but she actually had two of the nicest (Male 6'' and female 5'' JD's) I have seen in a while. I will post pictures later.
Thanks though, I really apprecaite the offer...

Nice yea I'm having a hard time selling mine I thought $10 was a good price

Yes, JD are such a common fish, thay have cheapened thier worth. But IMO, next to the really nice green terror, the JD is one of nicest, colorful cichilds there is. They can add some serious color to an aquarium with out the aggressiveness of say an Umbee. In fact my very fish was a JD in a ten gallon, i called him lil black. Now 30yrs and 812 gallon later, I am back where it all started. lol

Here it is! Enjoy the Tem..

There was a MFK member that I met in St Augustine and sold one of my Tem bass to yesterday that wanted to see the tank build....
