Jardini in a 220g for life?

Less decor=more swimming space and my aro uses all of the height on my tank

Ever since my jardini reached 12", I could never keep live plants with it. It would rip them out of the gravel whenever it wanted to. I use to keep it with Amazon swords and Java ferns but it destroyed them all. I basically wasted money on live plants. They were like chewing toys.
This may be another reason why you would want to remove the live plants.
