I bought these two little guys as pellegrini but obviously they are not ;P I lucked out though in getting a male/female that have seemed to pair up. They are always with each other, it is very cute. I can't wait for them to get a little bigger and spawn. These guys are so far my favorite geos.

he keeps my one eyed oscar company in grow out and gets all the food he misses cause of his blind side!

They look really great, I love the pattern on your male, looks like a Mayan cichlid colours and patterns, and yes they do grow really fast.
Your male has a lot more orange than mine, looking really good

Thank you! Hes got quite a personality too lol. Hopefully I can find some more females for him. He seems to get frustrated with this female because she is not quite ready to breed yet. They usually breed with more than one female anyway...

Looking good. Be careful when they breed. My male can be pretty rough on the female when he wants to and she doesn't.

Thank you. I've read that the males can be fairly aggressive. I do have a few spare tanks to put either one in. What I'll probably do is set up a 20 long for the female to go into once she is holding. They are in a 75 with my EBJD/BGJD pair right now and happy as can be.
