Thank you. I feed him Chingmix Maxima SP100, Chingmix Headbooster SP100, and Hikari Cichlid Gold.

Thank you. He's about 4 inches or so. I try and feed him three times a day but with my work schedule, he gets fed 3 times just 3 days a week usually. The other 4 days, he gets fed twice. I try stick to a basic schedule of CM Maxima in the AM, Hikari Cichlid Gold in the afternoon, and CM Headbooster in the PM. I mix it up a little, sometimes feeding just the Maxima or just the Headbooster in a day.

He is in a 125 gallon by himself with weekly water changes of 50%, so that has likely helped me pump him up.
