what is up with the show tanked

On episode 8 (season 2 episode 1) on the refrigerator tank they put a common pleco in the tank. For such a expensive tank and nice fish why a common. From what I have herd commons don't eat algae that well. Why not a L-???. One that eats more algae and looks very nice that isn't a dime a dozen.

Because they brag about secrest farms, which proves their incompetence.. I gurantee they called secrest and said "send us enough fish to fill a whatever gallon tank"

True I have seen the show they make nice tanks but sometimes they don't think about the stock.....or maybe they do its depending on the customer....if I had the money or space they Have I think I would come out with some awesome ideas
