Are these tiger salamander eggs?

I found these in a very small (20'x30') pond, maybe 2'-3 deep max on the western slope of Colorado, at around 8000'. I have seen tiger salamander larvae, as well as adults, in the area...

I believe they are. Most tiger masses I have seen have been a good bit larger than that, but those definitely look like Ambystoma eggs, and that's the only Ambystoma you should have out there.

Howard Whiteman at Murray State U. has done a lot of work with high-elevation tiger populations in CO.

Thanks for the reply! All the eggs I could see were single, no masses. From what I've read they cam be laid either way, true?
