I bought some freeze dried krill for my thinbar datnoid. I soaked it like the instructions said to on the can, but even a couple days later, the krill that I soaked are still floating.

What else can I do to make them sink?

Soak FD krill for a few minutes then, press them against the water bowl (under the water line) to expel the trapped air.

I tried this last night. I pressed them against the side of the bowl and they sank right away. Thanks Oddball.

The only time time I can recall FD krill sinking is after it has been floating for a few hours, long after the fish have any interest in eating it.I will have to give Oddball's method a try though.
