They have, but just swallowed the eggs. One time we didn't know they had bred and we were moving them and she spit out the little babies. We tired to keep all the babies in a bucket with air and frequent water changes, but they didn't survive. We just moved so I think that is messing them up, as well as having a top layer fish that enjoys chasing my geos around, so I think that is messing them up as well.Very nice. Have the abalios bred for you?
Yeah, I must sayyyy, the leucs are my favorite! I want more. I got them when they were 1/2 big and raised them to their size now which has been pretty cool watching them develop. The tank is a 225g 6ft x 30in x 24in. I usually don't check parameters. Every 3 days or so I do a water change through a sediment filter and two chlorine filters before entering the tank. Other than that I keep the temp between 80 and 82 degrees. They look great. I love the Satanopercas. What size tank is it, and what do you have all your water parameters at?
