Update of My Baby!

I grew her out from about 2" and she is currently about 10-12" and is a true beast at feeding time. I'm still working on my camera skills, she never sits still! I recently dripped her over to freshwater so I think that this section of forum is suitable for her now. Her tank mate is soon to be a largemouth as soon as I can catch one not too big and not too small.

She is a a 120 gallon for the time being and I caught her in a throw net. Growth is starting to slow down. Stripers are supposed to hit 12-13" in the first year and then they grow up to about 3"s a year after that. So She is a little behind and I don't expect that kind of growth in a tank.. I'm hoping to keep her for the long haul.

Thanks, I've had her for about a year now. She was originally in saltwater but she has been in freshwater for about a month plus now and is loving it.

Man I really don't want to have to run a heater but not keeping cichla is haunting me. Shark aquariums has piquitis for madd cheap.

that's pretty cool. i've been wanting to keep a striper also.
