a motoro variant with strong red spots, found in a few tributaries of the Rio Negro

Believe it is called a red-blotched river ray. Highest recorded size is 9" access the disc.

Shedd Aquarium in Chicago last I knew had some very large tiger rays that have bred in the past for them. Also the Tennessee Aquarium had some very large, long term captive tiger rays.
