My first cat, a zebra hybrid synodontis!

I picked this guy up from my LFS today, I was told he is part Zebra for sure, but not sure about the other half. Any ideas? He shouldn't get terribly big, so I thought he might make a good "starter" catfish. He's very active right now and doing great so far!

Of course he is. And whether a hybrid or not, he deserves the same love and care. I was only referring to the origin commonality, not the appearance.

Well, unfortunately (IMHO), you can find these guys all over the US for $5-$10 for 2"-3" fish, as opposed to the true Synodontis decora, which would be at least 2 times more expensive, if not 3-4 times.
