So I have 3, 4-4.5" kels. 2 of them are eating very well and one won't eat. I even gave in and dropped in a lot of rosys. I feed blood worms to my loaches and he eats a couple but never really fills up on them. I "think" he ate one live rosy but he was offered a lot and only ate one. I would have thought he would have smashed a lot of rosys. I can tell his appetite sucks.

Can't be my water or oxygen because all my other fish are doing just fine.

You have much to learn, sounds like you're going to do it the expensive way. If you said it's not the water because I tested it, then you would have sounded intelligent.

I don't think that's a very fair comment...

I would also be curious as to your water details? OP can you provide us with some more details that will help us help you? What are you water parameters? also, have you seen anything happen to the fish that may stress them out? How about any new introductions of fish to the tank? They may stop eating due to a bunch of different things, stress being one of them. How do they look? Nice thing about pbass is they literally wear their emotions on them and you can tell if they're stressed or not.

Bro. I have a magum 350 and a hang over back filter on my 55 gal grow out. I do 20-40% water changes every 2-3 days. My temp is at 86-88 my water level is 4 inches from the top so I have a lot of agitation and I have a bubbler. Oh and I use very little aquarium salt and water conditioner.

When I say the water is fine, Its fine so I can bypass the "how's ur water" questions. what else might it be...?

Depending on where he came from before he may not be used to the competition for food? But chances are this is stress related. Has he eaten before? I would like to say he will come around and eat just to give it time but I wouldn't want to see it die. I would say man best advise is to keep trying daily. Be sure to fish out extra food. How many are in the 55? Bass I mean

Funny thing is he was Mr hotshot at my LFS. He was the biggest one. The bully that ate all the food.
