Echo, i use a shakespeare catfish uglystick 7' with a shakespeare aresenal conventional reel. theres pics in here somewhere i think, prob in februaryish.

thanks guys. Went tonight and only got some small ones, biggest at 4.91lbs.

Nice redears!......but I feels a little offended with your statement "I beat you!" by catching a different species that is larger than Northern Bluegills.

These are either bluegills or sunfish. I'm not sure, but those are not bluegills you have there...

Andrew1002, are you for real? The pictures you have.....the first one is longear, the rest is bluegill. There are NO redears in Minnesota and the sunfish in my picture is all bluegills.
