I cant wait :) im thinking about either leaving the 265 the way it is and move some fish to the 500 such as the gar and carp, catch more longears, smallie, largemouth, ky bass, flathead and a few others or make the 265 half water half land and put the longears in the middle with land on each side for the turtle, bullfrog and kingsnake :)

i say... throw em all in the 500 except the turtle... do the 265 idea... and just catch more longears for that when the time comes! :P

I just may only because I need to drain the 265 to get all the fish out and I have extra glass/acrylic laying around that I could make the enclosure for the fish and have silicone on hand as well :)

Get em into the 500! Love the long ears and the bass

Thats what I originally wanted but I caught this guy and wanted to try him out, I may have to get a SS :)

Looks great!!! What do you have for substrate in the 500?

Small gravel..this is the nicest I could find that wasnt too small or too big but it came at a hefty price, its the kind that comes with the bio "Water" already mixed in with the gravel, around $18 a bag at 20lbs. But I liked it so I bought it.

It looks good, any close up pics of it?
