Planted tank wat do you guys think?

Ok I just added plant fertilizer in my tank redecorated everything,adding plants this week,it's a 60g
Now question is will my idea work fine??
8 rainbowfish diff colors
7neon tetras
4 red fin tetras
2 panda garra
3 diff corys
6 tiger barbs
3 hatchets
Maybe 2 Congo tetras
One UFO pleco
Maybe one discus
???????

A large school of tetras looks more impressive than multiple species, if you want neons I'd do around 18.

I always like to stick with atleast 5. They will school amd keep busy with each other. I personally love Sterbai Cories
