I'm going on a family vacation in July to all of the above places, and I'm in search for the following things:

-Large pieces of Malaysian/Manzanita driftwood
-Black quartz/sand
-Any fish stores worth checking out

Let me know if you know any stores that carry these things. Also, seeing how I'm not familiar with the area, if possible, an address would be greatly appreciated, but if not the name of the store will do.

Thanks!

Don't know the address off the top of my head but you might as well stop by Aquascape while you are in the area.

Aquascape is 3something Washinton Ave. Belville New Jersey. Its about 20 minutes north away from Shark Aquarium. They usually have some pretty cool stock too.
Both are minutes off the Garden State Parkway

Shark Aquarium route 22 Hillside New Jersey. Thats all you need to check out.

Thanks! So, Aquascape, and Shark Aquarium. Does Jeff Rapps have a store that's open to the public? Also any stores that have any malaysian/manzanita driftwood, and black sand/quartz?

Jeff Rapps' operation is not open to the public, one or the other of those other places should have the dry goods you are looking for.

Rapps is a one man operation... he is crazy busy.. plus its on his home property... impressive setup though for the fortunate few that have been there : )
of course your wallet takes a beating because you can't leave empty handed... lol

Wow, didn't know he was a one man operation! That's insane!

Indeed and he still is able to keep his online stock list pretty much up to date.
