Well, I don't know even where to begin I'm so tired from driving for 2 days!I met some awesome people made some new friends, and more importantly got the ray home safe and sound! After a quick visit to Al ( Db Junkie), thank you again Al for everything, your setups are amazing! And which by the way is not around the block from my house, 350 miles away to be exact. I arrived home in Chicago and started to pack....I wanted to start this off by thanking Mike ( Mclass2g) for not only bringing this ray in for Thailand, but most importantly the service he provided is hands down the best I have ever received in the 6 years Ive been doing rays. From beginning to end he was there to up date me and send me pictures and videos! Air pumps, water pumps, airline tubing, siphon hose, totes, test kits, heaters, you name it i had it! it was like a mobile aquarium! I left for Canada around 2 am.. I arrived in the Detroit area around 8 am and stopped over at Todds (CoolMBU) to check out the 600 gallon that i bought from him. i had only seen pictures, and Lets just say wow! his setups and rays and INSANE! The black rays he has are twice as nice then in pictures not to mention the 30 inch Black Aro, the one of a kind bass, and the flower ray :WHOA:!!! Thanks again Todd i cant wait to pick up the tank! After Todd's i had about 50 mile drive to Windsor International Airport. The ray was landing at 9:40 am i got there exactly at 9:40.Now if u haven't been to Windsor, its not the largest of airports, has maybe 3 airlines coming in and out... i parked right out front and walked inside. there was a lady at the desk and i told her i had a cargo shipment from Vancouver supposed to arrive at 9:40 am, i gave her the paperwork and waited... She came back to the desk and said "Unfortunately Sir, the shipment has been delayed, the flight was late this morning and we need 3 hours between flights, Im sorry your shipment will be here at 1:25 pm". I nearly passed out! So fast forward to 1 pm, after sightseeing and taking a long nap in my car, i got back to airport and waited... i prepped everything because i knew he needed air, and new water fast. finally, he arrived and i literally ripped open the box tore the rubber bands off and..... HES ALIVE! I yelled out! WOW what a relief! i got him to the car, check bag temp and transferred him in a 20 gallon Rubbermaid with part new, part fresh, and part his bag water. i began to aerate the hell out the water, at this point the ray was in transit for 12 + hours... this is where Mikes Shipping comes in handy, the packing was perfect, triple bagged, properly purged, stinger clipped! I then began the 5.5 hour treck home. We got to the border, i had all my claims papers, they hassled me for about 30 minutes, and i was on my way! we stopped a couple times, i did a water refresh and got some gas and i made it home around 7 pm. well now that you read this novel, here are some pictures and a quick video! I once again want to thank Mike (Mclass2g) for everything, your a standup dude and i cant wait to do business again soon!!! Hes in a 6x2 holding tank for now with a couple friends, and will be housed in a 600 gallon 8x4 in the coming weeks, he has a choice of a bunch of marble ladies, 6 to be exact, 2 of which are proven breeders, i hope he can get it done!! i apologize for the cell phone pics and videos, im long overdue for a nice hd cam and dslr!

Great looking ray.

Quite the adventure and that ray is bada$$. I'd love to swap pups with you down the road at some point.

That Marble looks like he is well worth the trip !

Thank you Alex. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Very quick transaction lol. You definitely wanted this ray and made it happen. Good job transporting him back home. After the delay and everything, I'm glad he's all safe now. I think roughly 25-26 hours from the time I packed and into your tank in Illinois! What a trip lol. Thank you for your business and I hope he produces some crazy pups for you in the near future! It will be nice to see updates of this guy from time to time. I regret selling this piece to my friend and now my friend regrets selling this piece to you lol. Hope he has found his final home.

What a story for the stingray! lol. He's very well travelled. More than some people I know lol
