nice pressurized co2 setup cheap - good deal or no?

ok 2 options here. one of them might not be pressurized not sure. its for a 100 gal aquarium but its so cheap i thought i could just buy 2 of them. it says rated for 40 gal but works most of the time for 55 gal.

my lights are so strong i have no option but to use co2

NEITHER...you have 100gal tank, if would take 4 of these to even get you to 30ppm MUST less maintain that #

No...NO plant need 236W of HO lighting.
