Help, is my 20g overstocked?

Yes I did build it, only spend around $60 on it. Should have painted it though but it doesn't bother me.
Sand is starting to clear up, gonna do a small water change to help a bit. Should have cleaned the sand better but was too tired to bother. Gonna try to get some driftwood tomorrow.
nice tank. what do you have for filtration on your 125. i might get one and I'm not sure about wether or not to go canister or sump.
I just noticed something lol, one of my parrots looks like the second one from the left

Thats Ziggy, have had him over two years now. Got him from Walmart when he was about 2".
